This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing from NELLOY (the “Seller”).


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Italy

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations available at checkout

Available shipping locations are displayed during the checkout process.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy (Standard Delivery): 2–4 business days

  • Italy (Express Delivery): Next business day

  • International Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on external factors.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs:

  • Are clearly displayed at checkout

  • May vary based on destination and order value

  • May be free above a certain order threshold (if applicable)

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Order Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.


6. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Force majeure

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs procedures

However, in accordance with Italian consumer law, delivery will occur within 30 days from order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.


7. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Repeated absence

  • Failure to collect the parcel

Additional shipping costs may be charged for reshipment.


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Upon delivery, customers are advised to check:

  • Package condition

  • Any visible damage

If the package appears damaged:

  • Accept it with reservation (if possible)

  • Take photos

  • Contact us within 48 hours

9. Transfer of Risk

10. International Orders

Some products may be shipped from international warehouses.
