These Terms of Service govern the purchase of products made remotely through the e-commerce website operated by NELLOY (the “Seller”).

By placing an order, you fully accept these Terms.

2. Scope of the Contract

These Terms regulate the online sale of products offered on the Site.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations may occur between the images and the actual product.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract is considered concluded when:

  • The customer adds products to the cart

  • Completes the checkout process

  • Confirms payment

  • Receives an order confirmation email

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information

  • Payment issues

  • Product unavailability

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in Euro (€).

Prices may include or exclude VAT, as specified on the Site.

Payments can be made using the methods available at checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.).

The Seller does not store full payment card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

Returned products must be sent back within 14 days of the withdrawal request.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons

7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee for consumers, in accordance with EU law.

In case of non-conformity, the customer is entitled to:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Price reduction

  • Contract termination (where applicable)

The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by force majeure

  • Improper use of products

  • Service interruptions not attributable to the Seller

Liability remains within the limits established by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of NELLOY or respective rights holders and is protected by applicable laws.

Any unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For consumers, jurisdiction lies with the court of the place of residence or domicile.
